These terms govern your use of bee2consulting.com, operated by BEE², run by Timothy Grech and Josef N. Grech. By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
BEE² is a fractional consultancy providing marketing leadership, project management and related advisory services, led personally by Timothy Grech (Malta) and Josef N. Grech (Zug, Switzerland). Contact: hello@bee2consulting.com.
This site is provided for information about BEE²'s services, to allow you to get in touch, and to book an initial conversation. You agree to use it lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt it, extract data from it at scale, or use it in any way that could damage BEE² or any other visitor.
All content on this site, including text, the BEE² name, logo, brand identity and design, is owned by BEE² or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages from this site for your own reference. These website terms cover use of the site itself. Any paid engagement, whether fractional CMO work, project management, or a related service, is governed by its own signed proposal, statement of work or agreement between you and BEE², which sets out scope, fees, timelines and cancellation terms specific to that engagement. Where the two conflict, the signed engagement agreement takes precedence over this page.
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and information on it, including service descriptions, may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, BEE², Timothy Grech and Josef N. Grech are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, including reliance on any general content published on it. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Maltese law, and does not affect the specific liability terms agreed within a signed engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from use of this site will fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
