BEE² (Business Excellence and Execution, squared) is a fractional consultancy run by two named partners, Timothy Grech (Malta) and Josef N. Grech (Zug, Switzerland), operating as BEE² Consulting. For the purposes of data protection law, BEE² is the data controller for personal data collected through bee2consulting.com.
Any question about this policy or your data can be sent to Timothy@bee2consulting.com.
We collect personal data in a small number of ways, and only what we need to do the things below.
We do not knowingly collect financial information, government identifiers, or special category data through this site.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and run calls, deliver any engagement you ask us to deliver, and understand how the site is being used so we can improve it. Our legal basis is either your consent (for example, submitting a form), the steps needed to enter into a contract with you, or our legitimate interest in running BEE² as a business, which we balance against your right to privacy.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is described here.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie preference. Analytics cookies, where enabled, help us understand which pages are useful and which are not, and are only set once you have given consent through the cookie banner.
You can change your cookie preference at any time using the 'Cookie preferences' link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and our booking process. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and, where data leaves the EU or Malta, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not share your data with anyone else, and never for marketing purposes without your separate consent.
Enquiry and correspondence data is kept for as long as is reasonably useful to the relationship, and deleted or anonymised once it no longer serves a purpose, generally within 24 months of last contact unless an active engagement requires longer. Data tied to a signed engagement is kept in line with our contractual and accounting obligations.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to ask us to:
To exercise any of these, email Timothy@bee2consulting.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta, or your local supervisory authority.
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the data we hold, including relying on providers with their own security standards, such as Webflow and Calendly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as the business, the site or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
Questions about this policy, or about your data, can be sent to Timothy@bee2consulting.com.
